ELTEN IVAR XXNF BOA® Black-Blue Low ESD S3S is a technically advanced low safety shoe (Form A), intended for work in indoor and outdoor areas where exposure to moisture, risk of penetration by sharp objects and the need for reliable ESD protection are expected. The WELLMAXX NEWFEEL sole with Infinergy® core ensures exceptional cushioning and energy return with every step, even when working on hard and uneven surfaces.

Main characteristics

• Upper: Hydrophobized microfiber with recycled material content - synthetic material, particularly soft, dimensionally stable, tear-resistant, quick-drying, light and highly wear-resistant.
• Lining: Breathable textile lining with a proportion of recycled materials - regulates the climate, ensures good ventilation, is pleasant to the skin and has a high ability to absorb and release moisture.
• Heel lining: Abrasion-resistant microfiber – extremely durable and comfortable in the heel area.
• Upper edge: Padded upper edge – protects the Achilles tendon and increases wearing comfort.
• Tongue: Fully padded bellows tongue – prevents pressure and dirt from entering the shoe.
• Heel loop: Makes it easy to put on and take off quickly.
• BOA® Fit System: BOA® Fit System Li2 – precise tightening and loosening in both directions without laces.
• Construction: Leather-free, suitable for people allergic to leather.
• Front protective element: TPU scuff cap (SC) – additional protection of the upper from abrasion.

Protective elements

• Protective cap: Carbon protective cap (carbon cap) made of highly resistant carbon fibers - non-magnetic, corrosion-resistant, extremely light; protection against impacts up to 200 J and pressure up to 15 kN.
• Anti-puncture protection: Metal-free textile anti-puncture midsole in accordance with EN 12568 – lightweight, flexible and provides 100% foot coverage.
• Water repellency: Increased resistance to water penetration and absorption (WPA) in accordance with the requirements of class S3S.

Sole

• Sole: WELLMAXX NEWFEEL dual density with profile.
• Outsole: Rubber, black and blue - antistatic, extremely resistant to slip (SR), oils and fuels (FO) and abrasion.
• Middle layer: eTPU (expanded thermoplastic polyurethane) – a very lightweight material with excellent shock absorption properties.
• Core: Infinergy® by BASF – high elasticity, strong energy return and retention of elasticity even at low temperatures (down to -20 °C).
• Heat resistance: Up to approximately 200 °C (short-term up to 300 °C).
